This is her son Jibrel who accompanied Haweya to her appointment yesterday 30.01.26 filling out this review on her behalf as I have better grasp of English with it being my first language whereas my mum English is her 2nd/3rd language.
We found James Symons very accommodating and went through the process of what my mum needs and used his experience and knowledge to great effect in assisting my mum and giving telling advice in strengthing movements in her body as it is very tense.
We are very happy how the appointment went in April 2026 when we return from our spiritual holiday/holiday for Umrah in Ramadan (much needed and derserved). We will give BFC a call and do the 5 appointments James underlined yesterday to us God willing. From there I got James Symons email he wrote down on the BFC business card yesterday to potentially book myself in as I told James of my accident resulting in my left arm amputation and he mentioned he can help me gain further confidence in balancing in running football and other means pertaining obviously my changes to my body and obtaining better strength and conditioning.

Met Danny for first appointment. He is very friendly and knowledgeable and did some adjustment work which has improved stiffness. Will definitely re visit for maintenance as part of my overall fitness plans.
